Archive for a programme of archaeological evaluation comprising twenty three trial trenches excavated on land off Scothern Road, Nettleham, to inform the construction of a proposed residential development. A poorly preserved inhumation burial of Iron Age or Anglo-Saxon date and a possible Middle to Late Iron Age drip gully were encountered, as was an undated ditch.
