Abstract/Summary

Publication of an RCHME survey, conducted between 1992 and 1995, being an assessment of the threat to farmbuildings nationwide. Five study areas of England were looked at in detail (with South Lincolnshire being one of these areas), with about fifty farmsteads being recorded in each area.

Published by the Royal Commision on the Historical Monuments of England. The study of South Lincolnshire is detailed in chapter 3 (pp.42-65). The survey archive is held in the NMR, with the NMR reference nos. being provided in the 'list of sites recorded' (pp.169-71).
