Report on a geophysical survey conducted to inform the proposed construction of a bungalow on land at Smithy's Yard, Eastville Road, Toynton St Peter. Four linear anomalies representing possible drains, ditches, or tracks were identified in the northern half of the site. A large area of magnetic noise across the southern half of the site, likely caused by recent burning and modern waste in the topsoil, may have masked the presence of other anomalies.
