Abstract/Summary
Teh archive for an archaeological investigation was undertaken on land north of High Street, Corringham, Lincolnshire. 8 trenches were excavated to determine the archaeological significance of the site prior to a planning proposal of 31 dwellings. Several linear features, which were identified by previous geophysical survey, were identified as medieval furrows. A further feature was identified in trench 8 which was recorded as a tree bole. No significant archaeological deposits, finds or features were recorded.
