An archaeological investigation was undertaken on land north of High Street, Corringham, Lincolnshire. 8 trenches were excavated to determine the archaeological significance of the site prior to a planning proposal of 31 dwellings, and to determine the results found on an earlier geophysical survey (ELI14413). Feature was identified in trench 8 which was recorded as a tree bole. No significant archaeological deposits, finds or features were recorded. {1}{2}
