Report on a magnetometry survey conducted on land to the south of 101 Witham Road, Woodhall Spa, to inform a proposed residential development. A grouping of strong magnetic anomalies in the north of the site indicated the potential for archaeology related to pottery production. An extensive zone of natural variation in the west of the site was interpreted as possible river terrace sand and gravels.
