Report on a fluxgate gradiometer survey conducted on land at Deep Lane, West of Toby House, Hagworthingham to inform the propsed construction of a residential property. Two possible parallel ditches were identified in the southwest corner of the site, and a number of other small isolated anomalies that may represent pits were noted across the site. It was suggested that the buildings seen on the 1795 estate map of the site may have been mud and stud in construction, as the survey encountered no evidence of brick or tile debris.
