Report on a magnetic gradiometer survey conducted to inform proposed residential development on land at Mill Lane, Woodhall Spa. Several isolated magnetic disturbances thought to have been caused by modern agricultural activity were recorded across the site but no anomalies thought to relate to significant archaeological activity were identified.
