Report on a heritage impact assessment and geophysical survey by magnetometry undertaken in advance of a planning application for a petrol station at land off Peterborough Road, Market Deeping. The geophysical survey revealed a number of positive linear features attributed to modern agricultural trends, as well as some more distinct linear features that may represent boundary or drainage ditches. A pair of north-south aligned parallel linear features in the southwest corner of the site may have flanked a former trackway, and a potential rectangular feature in the northeast corner of the site may represent a former enclosure ditch.
