Description

TP 38 NW 1/44 MERCER ROW (North Side) Nos 25-31 (Formerly listed as Nos 29 & 31) GV II One occupancy at time of listing. Left-hand section early C19. Three storeys, painted brick. Pantile roof. Two windows, wood cases, late C19 glazing. Remains of C19 shop front, modern glass. Right-hand section taller. Three storeys in painted brick. Pantiles. Two windows, wood surrounds, rusticated stucco flat arches, hung sashes with glazing bars. Brackets at eaves. Modern shop front. In poor repair. Listed as part of a group. Nos 25 to 37 (odd) form a group. Listing NGR: TF3281987331
