Archive for the programme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during groundworks associated with the construction of a new pair of semi-detached dwellings on land adjacent to Fair View, Holbeach Drove Gate, Holbeach Drove. Modern features and services associated with the current dwelling to the immediate north were noted, but no archaeological features, deposits or finds were encountered.
