Abstract/Summary

Archive for a programme of archaeological evaluation comprising eight trial trenches excavated on land at Town Road, Quarrington, prior to the construction of a residential development. The only archaeological features identified were an undated possible ditch and an undated pit. Evidence of ridge and furrow was also noted. Pottery was recovered from the topsoil with no archaeological context.
