Report on a programme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during groundworks for the construction of a replacement garage and driveway, and removal of an extension to the main building at 24 Eastgate, Lincoln. The groundworks were relatively shallow, and did not extend beyond layers of modern made ground. No archaeological features, deposits or finds were therefore encountered.
