Report on a fluxgate gradiometer survey conducted on land to the north of Church Lane, Holton le Clay, to inform proposed residential development on the site. A series of possible ditches were encountered to the southwest, along with a cluster of pits or areas of burning. Several linear anomalies appeared to correspond to post-Medieval or modern field boundaries seen on historic mapping. Ridge and furrow was also noted in the northwest corner of the site.
