Archive for the programme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during groundworks associated with the construction of a new dwelling on land to the south of the former New Saracen's Head public house. The remains of a single modern rubbish pit were revealed, but no archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered.
