Report on the excavation of two trial trenches, dug to inform proposed residential development on land at Wardentree Lane, Pinchbeck. Layers of modern made-ground were revealed across the site, indicating that the natural deposits in this area had been truncated by recent development, and no archaeological features, deposits or finds were encountered.
