Archive for the programme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new care home on land off Low Road, Spalding. The investigation revealed that the 1960s public house building that had formerly occupied the site had been constructed on a plinth of imported made ground, and no archaeological features, deposits or finds were encountered.
