Archive for the programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for new residential development on the land to the rear of 14-18 Willington Road, off Church Meadows, Kirton. A early modern, brick-lined well or drainage tank was found, but no other features or artefacts of archaeological significance were uncovered.
