Report on a programme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during groundworks for an extension to the residence at 8 Manor Close, Lincoln. The remains of a post-medieval field boundary ditch was visible in one of the foundation trenches, but this was not fully excavated or explored, and no other features or artefacts of archaeological significance were uncovered.
