Archive on the programme of archaeological monitoring and recording that was conducted during groundworks for a new access ramp at Lincoln City Hall. The groundworks were very shallow, and only post-medieval and modern building rubble and demolition debris was exposed. No features or artefacts of archaeological significance were uncovered.
