Report on a programme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new dwelling on land adjacent to 1 Knight Terrace, Lincoln. Early modern remains associated with the former dwelling on this site were recorded, but no archaeologically significant features, deposits and finds were encountered.
