Archive for the programme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during the excavation of two test pits at the Judges Lodgings, Castle Hill, Lincoln. The pits were dug to investigate the reasons for subsidence of the building. Probable modern backfills of the former castle ditch were identified, but no archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered.
