Report on a scheme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during the groundworks for the construction of an 8-storey student residential development on land at the junction of Ruston Way and Tritton Road, Lincoln. The majority of the footings had already been excavated and partially filled with concrete before monitoring began. Recording of the exposed sections and subsequent excavations revealed only modern demolition deposits, however.
