Report on a programme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new garage block on land fronting Ferry Lane and Lower Church Road, Skellingthorpe. The ground had been disturbed by tree roots and modern services, and no archaeological features, deposits or finds were encountered.
