Archive for the archaeological watching brief, conducted during the groundworks for the construction of two semi-detached houses on land off Albert Street, Holbeach. No archaeological features or deposits were encountered and the only finds recovered were 19th-20th pottery from the topsoil. It was noted that heavy disturbance of the topsoil and subsoil had occurred during site clearance.
