Full Description

A cottage dating from the mid 18th century which is a mud and stud building with partial brick cladding and has a thatch half-hipped roof covered in corrugated iron sheeting. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} The building was heavily restored in the early 1990s, at which point the brick cladding and corrugated iron sheeting were removed to reveal the original degraded thatch and timber framing. During the restoration an additional abutting wing was added. {HER note}
