A house dating from the late 18th century which underwent alterations in the 20th century. It was constructed of colourwashed brick and has a concrete tile roof with brick coped gables and gable stacks. Of two storeys and with a three-bay front, with central doorway with glazed door and 20th century gabled, glazed porch with glazing bars. The doorway is flanked by single plain sashes with three plain sashes, above all with margin lights and 20th century black shutters. It was subsequently repaired with further alterations, and was delisted in 2014 because a significant proportion of the original fabric had been lost, including the earlier roof structure and its covering, all external joinery, internal floors, original hearths and all internal joinery. {3}{4}
