Mid 19th century warehouse located beside the Louth Navigational Canal at Austen Fen. Built of red brick and featuring a hipped slate roof, the building is of three storeys with attic. It has a nine-bay front with dentillated eaves course and gabled centre bay. The central, full height double planked doors are flanked by four triangular-headed plain sash and louvred openings. 2nd and 3rd floors are similar. To the attic are further gabled double doors to centre and single flanking louvred gabled dormers with clapboard cheeks.
