Full Description

Cropmarks of a probable prehistoric or Roman settlement, to the north of Greatford. Visible as a number of probable enclosure groups and trackways. Some of the enclosures appear to have internal divisions, whilst one (at TF 0866 1226) appears to contain the remains of a possible hut circle. Identified on aerial photography examined as part of the National Mapping Programme. {1}
