Full Description
Late 17th century farmhouse with 19th century additions. Built of brick on a stone plinth, and featuring a pantile ridge roof with brick coped gables and 2 gable stacks plus single ridge stack. Of one-and-a-half storeys with a four-bay front. Has an off-centre doorway, with a 19th century brick porch. Three glazing bar sliding casements under segmental arches. Above are three dormers with small sashes, under rendered gables. This building was demolished at some point in the mid 1980s, and was subsequently de-listed. The building was within the parish of Auborn, Haddington and South Hykeham at the time of listing, though later boundary alterations changed this to Thorpe on the Hill parish. {3}
