Full Description

A group of probably post-Medieval features identified on land at Church Hill, Washingborough, during a programme of trial trenching in 2018. Three shallow undated ditches were encountered, along with a sub-oval feature containing clinker and a fragment of post-Medieval clay pipe stem. These features were suggested to relate to the post-Medieval agricultural management of the land. {1}{2}
