Description
A walkover survey was carried out along the proposed route of a new water pipeline. A few sherds of abraded medieval pottery, probably a manuring scatter, were noted as was a single Romano-British sherd. Most fields, however, did not produce finds or features of archaeological interest. Fields 10 and 11, to the south of the pipeline, are outside the region. {1}
