Description
An archaeological wathcing brief was undertaken during groundworks at Stonegate, Cowbit. The wathcing brief monitored the excavation of drainage trenches for a new detached dwelling. The work revealed only natural and recent topsoil deposits with no archaeological remains visible. No artifacts were retrieved during this investigation. {1}{2}
