Magnetometry survey was undertaken on a plot of land off Gordon Field, Market Rasen. The geophysical survey was done in advance of residential development. Only a limited area proved suitable for magnetic survey, with the majority of anomalies reflecting modern disturbance and only two possible anomalies of archaeolgical origin were located and these formed no consistent picture {1}
