A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks associated with the construction of a new dwelling on land at The Grange, 16 Broughton Road, Carlton le Moorland. Only a small part of the foundation trenches were excavated, and no archaeological features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
