A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks associated with the construction of new residential dwellings and interconnecting roadways on land to the north of Julian Bower, Louth. The remains of a single modern pit was noted, along with a shallow ditch or trench in the centre of the site, thought to be the remains of a likely 20th century boundary ditch. No archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered across the site. {1}{2}
