A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks associated with a new residential development of nine dwellings on land off Old Main Road, Fleet Hargate. A slightly different, earlier alignment of the present drainage dyke forming the northern boundary of the site was noted, but no archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
