An archaeological watching brief was conducted during groundworks associated with the replacement of a water main pipeline, running along Littleworth Drove at Deeping St Nicholas. Due in large part to the machinery used, very little of the pipeline trench stratigraphy could be clearly seen at any time, and no archaeological features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
