A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks associated with new reisdential development on land to the north of Watergate, Quadring. A late post-medieval probable soakaway with associated 19th and 20th century finds was noted, but no archaeologically significant features, deposits, or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
