A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new bungalow on land off Thomas de Moulton Way, Holbeach. The remains of a single rubbish pit of probable mid-20th century date was notes, along with a small assemblage of late post-medieval and modern finds, but no archaeologically significant features, deposits, or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
