A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks associated with alteratiosn and extensions to The Paddock, 24 Angel Close, Ancaster. The remains of a likely natural watercourse of unknown date was noted, and a 19th century wine bottle seal was retrieved, but no archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
