A magnetometry survey was conducted to inform proposed residential development on land to the east of York Gardens, Gosberton. Broadly north-south aligned anomalies representing agricultural trends and historic field boundaries were recorded across much of the site, but no archaeological features of interest were identified. Subsequent archaeological trial trenching (see ELI13962) confirmed the presence of a series of late post-medieval field boundaries and agricultural remains, and identified two further undated linears on a different alignment in the southwest corner of the site. {1}
