A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for new residential development at Plot 5, Horseshoe Road, Spalding. Layers of modern made ground and demolition debris were noted, along with the remains of a 20th century vehicle inspection pit, but no archaeological features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
