Three trial trenches were excavated to inform the proposed construction of a new workshop building on land adjacent to Fox Plant Ltd, Caenby Hall, Caenby Corner. The backfill of modern quarrying activity was noted, but no archaeological features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
