A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new tennis court at Dunsby House, Lincoln Road, Dunsby St Andrew. It was noted that the current residential dwelling on the site sits upon a terrace of 20th century made ground. The groundworks did not extend beyond these layers of made ground, and no archaeological features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
