A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for new residential development on land at Plots 5-8 Mill Lane, Gedney Hill. The remains of a former pond of probable late 20th century date was noted, but no archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
