An archaeological watching brief was conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new doctors' surgery on land off Packhorse Lane, Swineshead. The remains of two north to south aligned, likely late post-medieval drainage ditches were noted at the western edge of the site, but no archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
