A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of an extension to Vilamoura, Meadow Lane, North Cockerington. The monitoring identified that the site had been heavily disturbed by the construction of the 19th century farm buildings that had previously occupied the site. No archaeological features, deposits or finds were therefore encountered. {1}{2}
