A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new detached residential dwelling on land at Plot 3, between 61-71 Seas End Road, Surfleet. The groundworks were relatively shallow, and did not extend beyond layers of modern alluvium. No archaeologically significant features, deposits or finds were encountered. {1}{2}
