A fluxgate gradiometery survey was conducted to inform proposed residential development on land to the west of Fiskerton Road, Reepham. Some faint magnetic anomalies were recorded by the survey, but no clearly defined features of archaeological origin were identified. {1} Subsequent trial trenching in this area confirmed the presence of relatively low level activity towards the south-east of the site, comprising the remains of a probable Roman gully and pit (see ELI13290).
